Gary and Melissa Phelps are the proud owners who run this family business, that started from humble beginnings in 2008. Together, they offer nearly 40
years’ experience in the property industry. Every client benefit from this experience, as they ensure that every sale or purchase of property, or advice
offered, is always in the clients’ best interest.
It has since grown into this dynamic company that now services more than 40 areas in the Cape Town region, with approximately 30 employees, and
constantly growing. In 2019, the business was expanded to Gauteng and the Free State provinces, where they have progressively established and expanded
their business, in spite of the current South African and global economic situation.
Although Icon Property Group is renowned for residential and commercial property sales, as well as rentals, they were approached by developers who trust
in their established brand. Thus, their services expanded to development property sales in more than one area in Cape Town.
